SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
If you have any questions regarding your order or our shipping and returns policy, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or filling out the contact form.
- After the purchase you will receive an email with order details.
- Once payment is made and Hoko-Sport has managed the order, you will receive a second e with the invoice the same.
- When the shipment is already in the hands of the transit agency you will receive a third letter with the issue number that allows you to continue to follow the order.

- To make changes or returns online, you must have registered and have placed the order from MY ACCOUNT. If you have placed the order without being registered, the line for management is to contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
- Can exchange or return any product within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be in good condition (not used nor washed).
- The changes will be subject to stock, otherwise we have chosen size or color, we will contact with you so that you can make a new election or, if necessary, return the garment.
- The management and costs of sending an exchange or refund to Hoko borne by the customer. But management of sending the item to the customer will be changed by Hoko no added cost.
- If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will take care of both the management and the costs of collection and delivery (if possible be made at the time of delivery), except for residents of the Canary Islands which we you will have to get the material as if it were a product return.

Upon receiving the request we will review and send you a confirmation email within a maximum period of 24 hours, which contain the details of the order and the shipping address. You can print the confirmation or handwrite the same information and place it in the package that you order us to identify you.
- If this is a exchange when we receive the package with items to return, be shipping the change within 24 hours. Receive 3 emails tracking order as if it were the initial shipment.
- If there is a return will make the payment of the return item within 48 hours, with the same payment method that ye used when ordering . If the order has already been processed and shipped, you will have to wait for the goods and then make the return of order, in which case the shipping costs of the return will be at your expense.
- If there is a Product wrong will arrange collection of the faulty product and delivery back within 48 hours.
- If this is a defective product will arrange collection of the faulty product and delivery back into the receipt of the APPLICATION 48 hours. To expedite the process send us one photo where the defect is appreciated identifying the order.
